You want closeness, but it feels confusing or even unsafe.
It shows up as:
Feeling anxious when people pull away
Shutting down when someone gets too close
Repeating the same painful patterns, even in different relationships
Second-guessing your worth when someone doesn’t respond right away
These aren’t just “relationship issues.” They’re patterns rooted in early emotional experiences—and they can affect everything: your love life, your friendships, your ability to trust, even your career

You’ve read the books. You’ve tried doing things differently. Maybe you’ve even done some therapy before—but something still doesn’t shift.
Here’s the hard truth: attachment wounds don’t heal on their own:
Without support, you may stay stuck in self-protective behaviors that limit intimacy
You might attract emotionally unavailable partners—or feel overwhelmed by people who do show up
Worst of all, you may continue believing the lie that “something is wrong with me.”
But there is a reason—and there is a way forward!
Attachment Styles Therapy is a gentle, evidence-informed way of exploring your emotional wiring.
With the right support, you can:
Identify your attachment style and understand how it shows up in real life
Reprocess old patterns that were once protective, but are now holding you back
Build secure behaviors—like setting boundaries, trusting others, and showing up authentically
Begin to feel calm, connected, and safe in your relationships
In our work together, you’ll feel supported, safe, and empowered.
We’ll move at your pace, with care that’s focused on your needs.
Change is possible. Let’s take the first step together.
